It is also good to recall the different roles of the personnel: ANIMATORS are those who will animate the F.I. community & take charge of the local promotion (church, schools, etc. in the parish level). They will not go outside the local community for promotion unless delegated.   PROMOTERS are those who will take charge of the promotion in the diocese level & in the region assigned to them.
