STELLA MARIS ACADEMY OF DAVAO EDUCATIVE COMMUNITY SHARES THEIR BLESSINGS TO THE VICTIMS OF "FRANK'
FRANK
By: Lugille Teola and Rikki Bar-aco
It is undeniable that typhoon Frank had caused a great tragedy. It took lives of many innocent people, left them homeless and some are even missing up to now. This grave devastation affected our brothers and sisters especially in our sister schools in Pototan and Maasin, Iloilo.
Staying true to our mission of being a brother and sister for others, we, the students of Stella Maris Academy of Davao responded to the needs of the less fortunate for we know they are in need of our help. We have raised funds, collected used uniforms, books and new school supplies from our schoolmates in order to cater to their needs.
With this situation, we realized how fortunate we are to be blessed with good weather conditions and the abundance of our daily necessities. We hope that what we have given would accommodate their needs though how small they are. Our prayers are still constantly underway for the safety and recovery of all the victims of this typhoon named FRANK.

SMAD Students gather the clothes and uniforms to be sent to the victims of Frank in Panay.
