On December 29, 2011, Maasin held the new face of Tultugan Festival and formulated the bamboo concert. There were 9 competing groups of 7 public high schools, 1 central elementary school and of course plus the pride of Hijas de Jesus here in Maasin, the ST. JAMES CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL tribe, “ HUBON MANUGMAKAN’.
